Purposes of Processing:

Data resulting from the implicit transmission through the use of Internet communication protocols, processed to allow user identification, IP addresses, or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, including the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, and the size of the file obtained in response. The data may also be used to ascertain liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the IT infrastructure (legitimate interests of the controller);

The Controller informs that data will be processed primarily directly or by assigning the activity to another subject acting exclusively as a data processor. This processor may, on a secondary basis, be located outside the European Union, particularly under Swiss jurisdiction.

Pursuant to Article 15 of EU Regulation 679/2016, you have the right to obtain confirmation of whether personal data concerning you exists, to receive information on the origin, purposes, and methods of processing, to update, rectify, or integrate the data, to request the deletion of data processed in violation of the law, and to object to processing for the purpose of sending advertising material.

Data Access – Portability

Data Retention
In general, S&J Luminor SA retains your personal data for short periods, or for the time necessary to perform the agreed contract. We may retain some of your personal data to the extent necessary to fulfill our legal and tax obligations as well as to protect our contractual interests. In exceptional cases, we may retain some of your personal data for investigation purposes, as required by law. We declare that, after 24 months from the end of contractual obligations or requested presales/commercial activities, we will remove all personal data unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Withdrawal of Consent and Limitation of Processing
You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time by sending us a communication specifying your wish to revoke consent, or by unsubscribing where provided. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
